The Stuff:

– 1-2 Lemon Wedges – 1-2 Lime Wedges – A couple sprigs of Rosemary – Water (fill remainder of jar with water) – Active Ingredient: Lemon Eucalyptus oil (7-10 drops) – Floating Tea Candles

You can find Lemon Eucalyptus oil for a few dollars at Amazon and pick up floating tea candles for about 50 cents a piece at Michael’s craft store.

This is a simple mosquito repellant to whip up in minutes and place outdoors five minutes before going outside. The other common approach is to put Citronella in a mason jar and poke a hole in the top and feed a long wick through.
